RECIPE

1 and ¾ cup flour2 teaspoon baking powder½ teaspoon bicarbonate soda2 tablespoon cocoa powder¾ cup caster sugar¾ cup chocolate chips1 cup milk⅓ cup oil plus 2 teaspoon oil1 egg1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Method :In a bowl place the dry ingredientsIn another bowl mix the wet ingredients.Now add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Don't over mixScoop into muffin casesAnd bake in a pre heated oven 200 fan degree celsius for 15/20 minutesDust with icing sugar or cocoa powder. Absolutely delicious and easy to make! U can use choc pieces instead of choc chips.
