INGREDIENTS
1kg Lamb leg peices1tb Nihari shan masala1tb Robertson chicken spice1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste1 teaspoon paprika1 teaspoon Salt1 teaspoon Crush garlic
METHOD
Heat half cup ghee (Clarified butter)/oil Slice 1 medium onion fry and keep aside for garnishing.Use same oil add crush garlic and other ingredients above, braise till brown add water and cover the pot and cook atleast 45min to an hour.To ½ cup flour add water and make it thin... add the mixture to thicken the curry and keep stirringServe: serve with fried onion, julienne ginger, fresh chopped dhania (coriander).
