RECIPE
Fry 2 sliced onions till golden. Add in 1 kg washed mutton. Add in few cloves few peppercorns 2 Taj 2 Elachi (cardomom) 1 teaspoon whole jeeru (cumin). Add in 1 teaspoon sujees ginger garlic masala 1 tablespoon ginger garlic Add in 1 teaspoon each:Salt chilli powder arad (Turmeric) dhana jeeroo crushed chillies. Allow to braise.Add in 3 tablespoon shan nihari spice.2 cups water.Cook on low heat till done.Mix together ½ cup flour and 1 cup water make a thin paste. Pour into curry stir till thick.Garnish with fried onions and ginger slices and lots of dhania (coriander). Serve with rogni naan
