½ lb butter8 heaped tablespoon icing sugar 4 tblps cornflour ¼ cup coconut Approx 1.5 cups flour to make a dough.Strawberry jam
Cream butter and sugar well. Add in cornflour and coconut. Mix in flour a little at a time kneading in between to ensure a soft dough. Roll and cut into circles . Punch a hole in 1 circle and leave other plain. Bake at 180 deg for approx 12 to 15 minutes depending on oven. Cool on wire rack Icing 100g butter room temperature4 tablespoon icing sugar1 tablespoon firdous strawberry milkshake syryp. Beat butter and add using sugar. Beat then add the strawberry milkshake syryp. Beat into a spreadable consistency. Sandwich cooled biscuits. Add warmed strawberry jam into the whole. Dust with icing sugar.
