With Slap Chips
For the Pizza Base2 ½ cups1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon sugar1 tablespoon Milk powder (Klim, Nespray etc)2 teaspoon Baking powder1 teaspoon Italian Herbs or Mixed herbs80 g melted ButterRub flour(Add 1 teaspoon yeast mix with little warm water keep aside 5 few minutes)Now add the yeast mix to flourGradually mix as you add Plain Yoghurt or Mass (can add warm water or Milk) to make a soft doughKeep aside for 10 minutesRoll out pizzaPlace on greased baking tray and bake for 180* 15 minutesRemove from Oven*******In the MeanwhilePrepare your Topping*******SAUCESIn a Bowl Mix +-1 tablespoon of each SaucesTomato SaucePeri Peri Mayo andAnd Sweet Chilli Sauce 2-3 tablespoon Tomato Pasta SauceSmear on Pizza BaseTOPPING SUGGESTIONFry Slap chips add seasoningsFry slightly Mushrooms Onion Tomato and Robot PeppersNow place the above Toppingson the the Pizza and top with lots of Grated Mozarella or Tussers Cheese and Gouda Cheese (use any white and yellow cheese)Sprinkle with Origanum or Italian herbsPut the Pizza back in ovenAnd Bake for a further 10 to 15 minutes till cheese melts or Until doneEnjoy
