INGREDIENTS
Filling3 tablespoon. Oil 2 onion 1 green chilli 1 chicken tender, boiled with salt and shredded Salt to taste 1 teaspoon. Chilli powder ½ teaspoon. Onion powder ½ gralic powder ½ teaspoon. Gralic butter 4 tablespoon. Tomatoe sauce 1 teaspoon. Soya sauce ½ teaspoon. Dried parsley ¼ cup water1 tablespoon. Coriander leaves
Dough250g flour 5g yeast 5 g sugar 2 g salt 300ml lukewarm water 1 tablespoon. Oil 1 to 2 tablespoon oil for coating
AssembleTomato sauce Bellpeper Dried parsley 150g mozzarella
METHOD
FILLING Heat the pan over a medium heat add oil, add in onion Cook until translucent Add the chicken, cook for 1 minutes Add in all spices mix well Add in tomato sauce & soya sauce mix and add the water Add parsley cook until water has evaporated, remove from the heat and set aside to cool completely.
DOUGH in a bowl add flour, yeast, sugar and salt Mix well. In another bowl add water and oil Pour the oil and water into flour and knead for 5 minutes until it forms a soft dough.Cover and rest until double in size ±minutes
Punch down and divide the dough into 28 to 30g balls Spray the cupcake tray with non stick spray or butter or oilPlace the dough in the tray, flatten in with fingers to form a nest,
Assemble Add a small dollop of tomato sauce spread it evenly, top it with Bellpeper and then the filling and sprinkle some parsley
Bake in a preheated oven @180c for 8 - 10 minutes.Remove for the heat and add the cheese and place it above ingredients the oven until the cheese melted
Remove form the oven let it cool gently, remove from the pan and serve
