Kebabs 1 kg chicken mince 1 chopped onion 1 tablespoon ginger and garlic ½ cup chopped greensGround green chillies Salt dhana jeeru (cumin) pinch arad (Turmeric).Breadcrumbs Process above. Shape into kebaabsBake till firm or fry
Chutney Braise 1 chopped onion in ghee (Clarified butter) with 2 slit green chillies. Add 3 cups liquidized tomatoes and ½ tin tomato puree. Add in salt chilli powder little arad (Turmeric) dhana Jeeru (Cumin) and 2 tablespoon sugar. Cook on low till oil cums up. Add in kebaabs and simmer further 10 minutes.
Boil spaghetti drain and serve with above. Or serve with hot rotis and chips
