Clean Wash cut in rings or keep it long fingers slit in centerBraise in little oil till the stickyness is outBraise medium sliced onion with little ¼ teaspoon mustard seeds 1/ teaspoon whole Jeeru (Cumin) seedsFew curry leaves (optional)Few cloves of garlic Whole green or Red chilli slitSaute add 4-5 grated tomatoesAdd 1 full teaspoon chilli powder½ teaspoon tumeric1 teaspoon level or less Dhana jeera (optional)+- 1 teaspoon saltBraise well once the spices are infused with the tomatoAdd the fried Binda (Okra)Cook till you got a nice texture of the chutney.Garnish with green dhania (coriander)Enjoy with Rotis or Naan Rotis
