Braai or Grill in Oven
1 kg Chicken SKIN OFF cut up (2 breast portions with wings and2 Thigh and drumsticks joined together) Make incisions on the Chicken portions before Rubbing the marinade on See BelowxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxOPTIONAL:( I steam with dash of tumeric and 1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic paste for like 10 minutes) xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx FOR THE MARINADEIn a Bowl Mix4 tablespoon Amina Tandoori Masala ORAminas Tikka masala (Can use a mix of Both Masalas Or Chicken Peri Peri Masala) 2 tablespoon dry Chicken Tikka Masala Spice ( Sun Brand) Brand) 2 tablespoon Yoghurt or Maas1 teaspoon Paprika1 teaspoon Crushed dry Red Chilli1 teaspoon Kashmiri Chilli powder 1 teaspoon garlic 1 tablespoon Magic Red Chilli Masala1 teaspoon Vinegar OR Lemon juice Salt to taste2 tablespoon OilMix all well together make a nice PasteRub on the Chicken PiecesLeave for 3-4 hours or Overnight Keep in Fridgebraai (bbq) andMelt BUTTER and Cook few minutes the left over Marinade and Baste on the Chicken Pieces ORBake in oven at 180* Cover with Foil For 35-40 minutes Smear BasteThen Turn the Dial to GRILL ON THE MIDDLE RACKGrill on Both Sides for +- 5 minutes Not Dry Before servingBaste with Butter Marinate Enjoy HotWith Salads, Roti or rolls, Naan, And ChipsEnjoy 😋😋
