1.) Melt the butter in a non-stick pan, add the chicken, ginger, garlic, salt, pepper and green chilli and leave to cool on medium heat.2.) When the chicken is cooked halfway, add the spinach, mixed peppers and sweetcorn and cook again until everything is cooked and all the water has evaporated then add the double cream and remove the pot from the stove and leave to cool.3.) Once cool ... crush in the feta cheese 4.) Fill in puff pastry as desired.5.) Brush with egg (optional) and bake in a preheated oven (180degrees) until golden brown.
