Mince pilaau Boil 2½ cups basmati rice ½ way in salted water with Taj and Elachi (cardomom) Rinse and set aside.Fry 4 medium potatoes ¼'sSet aside
Braise 1 chopped onion in ghee (Clarified butter) Add in 2 slit green chillies 1 teaspoon whole jeeru (cumin) 2 taj 2 Elachi (cardomom) Few cloves Fry till translucent Add 2 full teaspoon ginger garlic masala 1 kg washed chicken mince U can use mutton or beef mince.Add in 1 teaspoon each:Salt chilli powder arad (Turmeric) dhana jeeroo Garam masala Crushed chillies Stir and break up mince as it cooks.Add 3 liquidised tomatoes Few drops saffron essence ¾ cup sour milk2 cups mix vegOr 1 cup chopped green peppers Cook 10 minutes.Lay fried potatoes over mince.Then top with rice.Sprinkle fried onions Few blobs of butter.Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes.Serve with dahi and Papar
