2 pieces of chicken breast cut in to strips 3 Tablespoons butter / ghee (Clarified butter) 1 heaped teaspoon ground garlic 2 teaspoon peri peri chicken spice (Calistos) 1 teaspoon lemon pepper 1 teaspoon red chilli powder ½ teaspoon ground coriander powder ½ teaspoon ground cumin 2 teaspoon @krea_sa magic spice (secret ingredient) Salt to taste
Heat butter in a pan and cook the chicken strips with garlic, salt and lemon pepper on high heat till just coated / halfway cooked then add rest of the spices. Cook till tender. Once cook through add in the following: 2 tablespoon plain full fat yogurt 2 tablespoon Mochachos sauce 2 tablespoon Woolies chunky salsa (optional) ¼ cup or more fresh cream (add more or less cream according to the consistency you like). Give it a mix cover the pan and let it simmer on low heat till the butter comes to the surface. Garnish with coriander, serve with savory rice.
INFO & TIPS
Note: You may add a splash of milk to thin it out if you wish. I use milk instead of cream when I don't have cream on hand.
