RECIPE

4 lamb shanksWash and drain
Marinate with @sujees_gourmet_food Chops and steak marinade @sujees_gourmet_food Ginger garlic masala@sujees_gourmet_food Peri peri masala@sujees_gourmet_food Lamb karhai masala1 teaspoon salt or to tasteA sprinkling of lemon pepper and barbecue spice
Marinate and cook in pressure cooker for about 20 minutes.
Serve with cheesy mashed potato.
