Alhamdulillah my own combination of two family favourites 😊
Say Bismillah Ar Rahman Ar Rahim
INGREDIENTS
Mousse500ml fresh cream2 tablespoons of sugar3 tablespoons cocoa powder1 tablespoon instant coffee1 tin of condensed milk
🇵🇹Assembly1 packet of any biscuitsAero dark chocolate
METHOD
▪Pour 500ml fresh cream into bowl add 3 tablespoon cocoa powder, 1 tablespoon coffee & 2 tablespoon sugar beat until very stiff high speed.
▪Pour the can of condensed milk into the fresh cream mixture beat on low speed until combined. Set aside.
▪Crush biscuits into fine crumbs with a rolling pin or food processor.
▪Layer desert cups. Mousse, Crumbs, mousse, crumbs mousse.
▪Decorate with Aero chocolate (Whole pieces or shavings)

▪Refrigerate 3 hours or place in the freezer for 45min to 1 hour than transfer to the fridge.
INFO & TIPS
Different biscuits will provide different tastes. Traditional Serradura 🇵🇹 uses Marie biscuits.
I used a homemade choc chip biscuit, any other biscuits can be used.
Any flavoured condensed milk (caramel/peppermint) can be used.
I use coffee as mousse should be bittersweet more tbsps can be added depending on your personal taste.
