Pre heat oven to 180 Separate eggs To the yolks add vanilla and keep aside Sift dry ingredients 3 times Whisk egg whites till stiff add sugar in 3 parts mix till shinny. Add in yolks mix till combined Fold in dry ingredients. Place in 2 flat trays lined with baking paper. Spread right across tray as this batter doesn't move when baking Bake 10-12 minutes While hot roll in a tea towl allow to cool slightly Open and re roll leave to cool completelyWhen cool Add whipped fresh cream and roll again Add chocolate ganache over. Cut in smaller sizes if u prefer
