INGREDIENTS
200g dark chocolate
1small can nestle cream
200g cake crumbs
50g ground almonds
grated chocolate or cocoa
METHOD
melt chocolate over hot water or in microwave and allow to cool slightly. Stir in cream.
Beat in the cake crumbs and ground almonds. Chill for45 minutes.
Divide and roll the mixture into 20-25 balls. Roll into cocoa or chocolate. Chill before serving.
