Chocolate borbons200g butter 200g castor sugar2 eggs 50ml cocoa powder 25ml hot chocolate drinking powder 1 level teaspoon fine coffee 100g cornflourApprox 2 cups cake flour1 level teaspoon baking powder
METHOD
preheat oven to 180 deg celciusCream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs. Add in the cocoa,hot chocolate,coffee and cornflour. Sift baking powder and flour. Make a soft dough with cake flour , being careful to add bit by bit as the dough should be soft . Roll and cut into ovals. Bake for approx 10 to 15 minutes. When cool sandwitch the cookies with chocolate .
