INGREDIENTS
- 100g marshmallow
- 100g milk chocolate
- ½ cup milk
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 250ml fresh cream
METHOD
Melt marshmallow, chocolate, milk and butter on low heat. Keep aside to cool
Beat fresh cream till stiff. Fold the cooled choc mixture with it
Pour in serving bowls. Decorate as desired.
Let it set in the fridge before serving

☆ i used white marshmallow
☆ the marshmallow make the mousse consistency thicker
