Chocolate Cake 🍫☕

INGREDIENTS
3 egg whites (separated)
3 egg yolks
¾ cup sugar
½ cup oil
½ cup water
1 cup flour
3 teaspoon baking powder
3 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 tablespoon Jacob’s coffee
METHOD
1. Beat egg whites until stiff. Set aside.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together egg yolks, sugar, oil, and water.
3. Sift in flour, baking powder, cocoa, and coffee. Mix well.
4. Gently fold in the beaten egg whites.
5. Brush your baking tin with cake goop, pour in the batter, and bake at 180°C until done.
Assembly:
Pipe a layer of chocolate ermine frosting inside.
Cover the cake with rich chocolate ganache.
Sprinkle with freshly grated coconut and garnish with a piece of milk chocolate
