My Dry Style
MARINATE2 Cut Up Big Cubes of Chicken Fillets1 tablespoon Magic masala 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste1Tblsp Aminas Dry Tandoori Spice1 Level teaspoon Dhana Jeera 1 teaspoon Any Chicken spice½ teaspoon Tumeric3 tablespoon Tomato Puree4 tablespoon YoghurtLittle mixed herbs (Optional) 1Tblsp Crushed chillie1Tblsp lemon juiceSaffron1 teaspoon Salt Mix all together keep marinated meats aside Steam vegs -2 Cut Up Cubed Potatoes 1 cut up in rounds Carrots little peas little green beans - any veg that you prefer) Drain and keep asideMethod In Pot on stove add 1 curry spoon oil or ghee (Clarified butter)Heat 1 teaspoon jeera 1 /2 teaspoon mustard seeds, 2 small tuj (cinnamon stick) 1 Eachi pod Curry leaves 2 Torn up Red chilliWhen the aroma arises add 1 Sliced Onion saute till light gold in colour.. Add your marinated chickenCook for 5 minutes Add ½ finely sliced Cabbage1 small chopped TomatoAllow for meat and cabbage to get soft Then add all your steamed Veges cook further till done Garnish with green chopped dhania (coriander) Enjoy with Rotis and Green Chilli Achar
