INGREDIENTS
gulaab jamun: 1 cup nespray, ½
cup
flour, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 2 tab
butter or ghee (Clarified butter) and enough milk to
make a smooth dough. Mix all the
dry
ingriedients together and rub in the
butter and mix in the milk to make a
soft dough. Make into small balls
and
fry them in medium heat oil, when
golden brown take them ouit and
dip
into a warm syrup.
METHOD
Gulab jambu
2 cups nespray
2 & ½ teaspoon baking powder
½ cup cake flour
1 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
Pour water to make a dough
Make into small balls & fry
