INGREDIENTS
½ loaf white bread 1 cup ghee (Clarified butter) 3 Elaichi podsFew strands of saffron750 ml - 1 litre Milk (depending on how soft you would like it )½ tin of Condensed milk¼ cup sugar (according to taste)2 tablespoon desiccated coconut 5 tablespoon Klim/Nespray powderYellow colouringElaichi powder
METHOD
1. Grind the bread into crumbs 2. Heat up your ghee (Clarified butter) add in the elaichi and saffron and add the crumbed bread 3. Braise the crumbs till they brown in colour (and texture is a bit more like toast and not soft like bread) 4. Mix the milk, kilm powder, desiccated cocunut and yellow food colouring and pour the mixture into the crumbs 5. Then add in the condensed milk and sugar and elaichi powder according to your taste6. Braise the seero on low heat flame. Then keep it on steam for 10 minutes.Garnish with almonds and nestle cream
