1kg Mutton
Mix 2 tablespoon red chili powder, 1 & ½ tablespoon coriander powder, salt, 2 chopped tomato, 4 tablespoon yogurt and 2 teaspoon Gg paste to the mutton pieces and set aside for atleast an hour.
Cooking :- Then, Heat 4 tablespoon oil/ghee (Clarified butter) in a large pan and add the 3 bay leaf, 5 cloves, 2 cinnamon sticks, 4 cardamom, 1 teaspoon cumin and green chillies slit and saute fr abt 2 minutes or so, then , Add in your 4 medium size onions and fry till golden brown & quickly Add your marinated mutton to the onions and cook till mutton is done and the oil start leaving the sides of the pan, then add 2 teaspoon lemon juice, coriander leaves/cilantro and mint leaves. Switch off the flame and set aside this BiryaniMasala while you get the rice ready...!!
In the meantime boil 4 cups of Rice...The Rice shud be 80% cooked.
Assemble :- Add in your Rice on to the Biryani Masala we prepared before, (DoNotMix). Spread 1 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) on top of the plain Rice after your assebling part is done , sprinckle some finely chopped coriander and cover tighly with silver foil and cook on low flame fr 12-15 minutes.
And..... Serve hot with Raita & salad 🍅🧅🥒🌿
