1 punnet baby Marrow grated1 punnet mushrooms chopped2 young sweet carrots grared4 eggs¾ cup self raising flour add another 4 tablespoon flour if mixture too soggy. 1 large red onion grated¾ cup grated Mozzarella cheese seasonings¼ cup oil3 Tablespoon butter ghee (Clarified butter)½ teaspoon white pepper½ Teaspoon dhania (coriander)/ jeera powder ¼ teaspoon red chilli powderPinch tumeric powder1 teaspoon green/red chili relishes 1 teaspoon garlic minced paste Sprinkle fresh chopped corriender
In a bowl add grated baby Marrow, sweet carrots, red onions, all spices, chillies relishes and seasonings.add grated cheese. Lastly crack in eggs, add oil and give it a quick light mix. Pour into a flat pryes dish.Drizzle butter ghee (Clarified butter) over the bake. Sprinkle poppy seeds and bake in a pre heated oven at 180 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes Once cool cut into desired shapes. I cut mine into diamond shapes This can be served with dip, sauce or red chutney.Ideal Ramadaan savoury treats. Bon appetite ❤️Shu-Hani ❤️
