Note:Using PepperCan substitute Red chili powder or crushed) METHOD1 kg Ground Beef or Mutton or Chicken Mince (Then substitute use Chicken spice instead of chops and steak spice Mince1 teaspoon garlic paste1 teaspoon Red ginger garlic paste 1 med onion Grated 1 Small onion chopped1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper(may use White pepper powder) 1 tablespoon Lemon Pepper (crush itto more fine texture) 1 teaspoon Chops and Steak spice2 tablespoon any Seekh Kabaab mix 1 teaspoon whole crushed jeera1 teaspoon whole crushed dhana seeds1 heaped teaspoon Green chilli paste 3 tablespoon Black pepper soup powder ½ cup bread crumbs or u can use oats AddLittle mixed herbs.. Chopped dhania (coriander) and chopped shallotMix well and then make ballsPress in a pattie maker or with hand flatFreeze to use later SERVING SUGGESTION Grill the patties and serve Burger buns with lettuce tomato onion sauces cheese fried egg mushrooms pineapples etc etcEnjoy 😋
