My Mini Style
Use any ready Burger pattis Make your own favourite mince kabaabFlatten in palm like a pattiMETHOD Fry LIGHTLY and cut in 4 quarters use the whole round pattiCut pastry in rounds Smear any saucy dips/chutneysPlace 1 piece of the grilled pattiPlace a piece of sliced onion and tomato Optional Some grated cheese or cheese slice Cut size to fit on your pattiClose with another pastry roundEgg brushSprinkle some sesame /thill (sesame seeds)Freeze When required bake at 200* for 20-25 minutes or till light gold in colourEnjoy
