RECIPE
1) Wash and cut 1/2kg of chicken fillet into sizes big enough to fit into buns.2) Make a mixture of 5 cloves of grated garlic or 2 tablespoon of crushed garlic and 30g melted garlic butter.3) Smear onto fillets and leave to marinate for a few hours.4) Just before cooking fillets,make sure you have toasted buns ready,miracle whip,shredded lettuce and any other topping you like for your burger.5) Melt butter and oil in a frying pan,make sure you have a good amount.When it is hot enough,fry fillets on both sides until fillet is cooked through yet still soft.Sprinkle mochacho lemon and herb spice generously on one side and flip and sprinkle on the other side.Fry for a few seconds,then transfer to the bun.Serve hot!
