1 cup semolina2/3 cup sugar½ cup ghee (Clarified butter)2 cups boiling water1 teaspoon cardamon powder(Elachi (cardomom)) 2 eggs1 cup milkAlmonds to decorate
Braise semolina with ghee (Clarified butter) until light brown.Add sugar & mix well.Pour in boiling water,cover the pot & reduce the heat to low & cook until dry.Beat together eggs,milk & Elachi (cardomom).Add to pot & cook on low until done.Decorate with almonds before serving.
