1 cup taystee wheat 3 cups milk1 cup water½ teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) (cardamom)¾ cup white sugar2 tblspns ghee (Clarified butter)almonds / raisins4 cinnamon sticks
Add milk & water into a pot & bring to boil. Add ghee (Clarified butter) in a separate pot & melt. Add about 3 cinnamon sticks & taystee wheat. Stir on low heat until golden brown. Add milk mixture to taystee wheat mixture. Add sugar, Elachi (cardomom) & almonds / raisins & mix well. Continue stirring on low heat until mixture moves away from the sides of the pot & has thickened. It is really smooth & delicious. U can also add colore, sliced almonds and nestle dessert cream.
