INGREDIENTS
200g ghee (Clarified butter)1 and ¼ cup soji (semolina) (Tastee wheat/semolina flour) ½ cup dessicated coconut
1 cup boiling water
1 tin coconut cream2 cups milk2 teaspoons Elachi (cardomom) powder1 tin Condensed milk 2 eggs¾ cup sugar¼ teaspoon salt
Garnish:1 slab Dream/Milkybar chocolate, grated coarsely ½ cup roughly chopped almonds2 tablespoons desiccated coconut
Raffaellos, chopped OPTIONAL
METHOD
Braise soji (semolina) and coconut in ghee (Clarified butter) on low until lightly toasted, don't allow it to take on too much colour.Add water and burn out, be careful of steam.
Liquidise remaining ingredients and add to soji (semolina). Whisk well to avoid lumps.Cook over medium heat until fluffy.
Garnish and serve hot.
