RECIPE
Wash devein and remove shellFrom 200g PrawnsAdd 1 teaspoon lemon juice and keep aside for 10 minutes then rince off
MethodIn a pot add 4 tablespoon oil¼ sliced onion1 teaspoon whole Jeeru (Cumin) 1 teaspoon mustard seedsFew Curry leavesSlices of garlic or 1 teaspoon crushed garlic2 - 3 freshly slit green or red chilliLet it saute with onion till it gets glassyThen Add ¾ Can Tomato and onion mix - Or 3 large tomatoes liquidised 3 tablespoon Tomato puree2 teaspoon Amina wonder wet masala Spice ½ teaspoon Green Chilli paste (optional) 1 level teaspoon Garam masala1 /2 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) ¼ teaspoon Tumeric¼ teaspoon sugar Salt to taste Let it cook well for tomato and spices to get nicely infused OPTIONAL: May Add little water if u want a very slight gravy) Now add the prawns Cook further 5 minutes Adjust Chilli and salt Remove from. Stove Garnish with freshly chopped dhania (coriander) Can Add few slices of steamed brinjal or steamed Robot peppers Serve with Basmati rice or Roti Or Naan Roti or Stirfried veg Rice Enjoy 😋
