INGREDIENTS
100g butter(melted)400g sugar(preferably brown)2 eggs2 cups (250g) cake flour4 tablespoon cocoa powder2 tablespoon baking powder400ml milk
Chocolate sauceπ«
INGREDIENTS:2cups of water2 teaspoon vanilla essence4 tablespoon cocoa powder2cups of brown sugar
METHOD
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius 2. Mix sugar and butter thoroughly. 3. Add eggs and mix. 4. Add all dry ingredients (sift if possible) 5. Add milk6. Mix all ingredients thoroughly, see texture to see if you need to add more milk or not should be smooth and a bit runny) . 7. Line your pyrex with lunch wrap/cook 'and spray or butter. Then put mixture into the oven for 20+-minutes, check to see if its ready to come out by poking it with knife-shouldn't be too dry.
TIP:While your pudding is baking, make your sauce.
8. using a suitable size pot, add all your ingredients-start with water and bring it to a boil.
9. When the pudding comes out of the oven, throw sauce over it immediately and out back into the oven for another 5 minutes.

serve HOT with ice cream of choice or cream
