METHOD
Marinate steak in all the ingredients.Cook until tenderFry potato till done and keep asideLayer steak in Pyrex and top with sauce ( mix all sauce ingredients together)Top with potato slices, onion rings and green pepper ringsDot with butter and grill for a few minute in the oven
INFO & TIPS
I didn't make the additional sauce as I added in more sauce to my steak and just poured the remaining sauce over.
I also didn't have green peppers so omitted and just sprinkled parsley before baking
