RECIPE

400g cheddar cheese400g gouda cheese400g mozzarella/tussers cheeseGrate and set aside1 med/lrg onion chopped very fine wash with salt and squeeze all water1/2kg sweetcorn steamed till dry.
In a big dish mixCheese CornOnionAdd:2 teaspoons @sujees_gourmet_food green masala3-4 teaspoons finely ground coriander (I liquidise with water and strain and set in blocks)Salt to taste½ teaspoon white pepperFinely chopped spring onion
Mix and fill.Ready to freeze.Fry in medium hot oil. Enjoy
Makes approximately 8-9dz
