INGREDIENTS
-3 medium potatoes (peeled-cubed finely and parboiled in salt water)-1 ½ medium onions (finely cubed)-1 ¾ teaspoon salt-½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric) (Turmeric)-1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) (cumin) powder-3 teaspoon oil-½ teaspoon mustard seeds (optional)-few small khuri limbre leaves (optional)-crushed green chilli to taste-1 ½ tablespoon lemon juice-finely chopped green dhana-samosa pur
METHOD
1.) Warm oil on medium heat,add the mustard seeds and khuri limbre -cook till they pop then add the chopped onions.2.) Braise the onions for 5mins,add the spices,mix well -then add the par boiled potatoes and lemon juice,mix again - cook till potatoes are soft then leave to cool.3.) Once cool,add the green dhana and fill in pur as samosas.
INFO & TIPS
Samosas filled by my mum coz I come up with the ideas and cook the fillings but can’t fill one to save my life 🤣🤣🤣
