INGREDIENTS
3 eggs¾ cup castor sugar1 cup flour2 teaspoon baking powder½ teaspoon vanilla essencePinch of salt2 tablespoon butter2 tablespoon milk2 tablespoon water
METHOD
1. Boil together water, butter and milk2. Separate eggs3. Beat egg whites until stiff, add castor sugar and beat well4. Add egg yolks and vanilla essence, beating well5. Fold in sifted dry ingredients and add cooled boiled mixture6. Turn into 2x20 cm sandwich tins ( not essential)7. If 6 not done add into any baking tray8. Bake at 180°c for 15 to 20 minutes9. When cool dust with icing sugar
