1-2 cubed butternut 1 cups of milk 2 cups of water one cube chicken stock in ½ cup boiling water ¼ teaspoon paprikasalt 3 Tablespoons butter ¼ to ½ cup cream (depending on how creamy you would like it
METHOD
Boil butternut cubes in 1 cups of milk and 2 cups of water. Separate mix one block of chicken stock in ½ cup boiling water, add to the boiling butternut.
boil till the butter is soft. Once cooked add everything in a blender with ¼ teaspoon paprika, salt, about 3 tablespoon butter and about ¼ to ½ cup cream (depending on how creamy you would like it) Blend till smooth and enjoy.
