Chop up about +- 8 - 10 Mebos -Soak overnight in little vinegarSoak some amli (tamerine) (seedless) alsoOn little vinegar water mix - MyaFor few hours or overnight then when softDrain Place all in a liquidiserAddHandful Green dhania (coriander) Handful Mint1 teaspoon ground green chilli (or to Taste)250 ml Tomato sauce500 ml any Brand Fruit Chutney or Peach or Sweet Chilli ChutneyFew drops Yellow or Orange food colouringFew Curry leaves 2 tablespoon Akalwaya pickle masala (stamp it more fine) ½ teaspoon Nutmeg powder ¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder Liquidise all of the above till smoothIn a pot add little oil heat and mustard seeds and whole Jeeru (Cumin) seedsFew Curry leaves 1 teaspoon crushed garlic GarlicLittle ground ginger Braise when it starts to splutter Add the liquidised mixture And stir and bring to boil Adjust Sugar or Salt or Chilli taste Cool and bottle Keep in refrigerator Enjoy
