Heat 2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)And 2 tablespoon oilIn a pot Add500 g Chicken minceLet in change to a creamy colour Add2 chopped onionsFew robot peppers chopped smallLittle whole Jeeru (Cumin) crushed 1 teaspoon Green chilli ginger garlic paste½ teaspoon Garlic 1 tablespoon green chilli paste 1 teaspoon tumeric1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) mux½ teaspoon Garam masala1 teaspoon finely crushed Black pepper corn 1 teaspoon Salt (to taste)Let it cook Add little mint Cook till mince is almost DoneAdd ½,cup or creamstyle Corn Let it mix well Add little by little of the sauces adjust the taste if you need more sauces Add 1 tablespoon Jalepeno sauce+-1 tablespoon mayonnaise+-1 teaspoon Red Chilli sauce or Peri Peri sauceAdd little dhania (coriander) and mix it in Your filling will be a lemony green colourAllow to cool Once the filling is coldAdd Grated cheeseYour choice :Fill pastry to bake at 180*for +- 25 minutes Fill pur or Springroll to Fry TIP: From my Sister Optional:1) Add 2 grated boiled eggs to the filling 2) If the filling is a bit WET Then add 1 or 2 tablespoon mazina ENJOY
