MY VERSION BY SHAHEEMA
INGREDIENTS
2-3 Pkts Cream soda Jellieinstructions on the back of the packet 2-3 Pkts Rasberry Jellie500g Fresh Cream, whipped2x Vanilla Swissrolls or Chocolate 1x Tin Can Peaches1 L Vanilla Custard1 small Tin Mango or Granadilla Pulp
METHOD
Make the jellie & refrigerate for few hours to set.Whip the fresh cream then add 1 teaspoon sugar & few dops of Vanilla essence... until stiff peaks. Then a glass bowl or dish with layers of swissroll, jellie then custard & lastly the fresh cream & pour over the mango or granadilla pulp & set in fridge for 2 hours approx.Grate some Peppermint or Topdeck or Bar-one on top😋
