Triple Layer Choc Dessert

500 ml fresh cream
2 tins caramel treat
Whip up fresh cream.
Beat caramel treat till soft and fold the 2 together
Divide into 3 bowls
Add 2 tablespoon cocoa in the first bowl
Add 4 tablespoon cocoa in the second bowl
Add 6 tablespoon cocoa in the third bowl
Layer the lightest colour first, top with grated chocolate then add the middle colour, top with grated chocolate and lastly add the darkest colour. Garnish with leftover chocolate and pipe chocolate fresh cream on top
Chocolate fresh cream :
1 fresh cream
2 heap tablespoon icing sugar
2 tablespoon cocoa
Beat together till stiff
