INGREDIENTS
1 litre milk 2 tablespoon sago2 tablespoon crushed vermicelli2 tablespoon cornflour 1 tablespoon samolina ¾ can condensed milk½ teaspoon cardamom ground 3 tablespoon rose syryp.
METHOD
Soak sago in ½ cup water for 15 to 20 minutes . Mix milk and cornflour in a pot then add sago ,vermicelli and samolina . Bring to a boil on a medium heat. Add in condensed milk ,cardamom and rose syryp.Keep stirring until it boils, then allow to boil on a low heat for 10 to 15 minutes until sago balls are transparent. Pour into individual glasses or a bowel.When cool Add in the cut rose jelly cubes.Rose jelly500ml water½ cup rose syryp 1 teaspoon agar agar (falooda powder) powder Boil all ingredients together. Set in a glass flat bowel. Cut into squares when set well Chill dessert before serving.
