Cut up all the vegetables thinly sliced..., add the salt & pepper, drizzle the oil lastly.Add some raisins or nuts for a crunch.Yummy with any foods on the side or curries or Roti/Naan Bread/Wraps😋
It lovely for snacking inbetween meals with rice crackers or savoury snacks or a breakfast treat.
