250 g cleaned and deveined Prawn Saute in 1 teaspoon garlic 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice 60g Butter Cook till water burns out not to dry Keep aside Take 1 large Brinjal cut in cubes and or slices Steam in microwave till softDrain and keep asideIn a pot on stoveAdd Little oil1 Small Sliced Onion¼ teaspoon Mustard seeds ¼ teaspoon Whole Jeera Seeds2 slit Green or Red Chillues3 - 4 Curry leaves Few sliced Garlic Saute Add 3 teaspoon Aminas Fish And Prawn Masala1 teaspoon Kashmiri Chilli powder1 teaspoon Dhana Jeera Mix¼ teaspoon tumeric Salt to taste Let it braise Now add 3 medium Grated Tomatoes3 tablespoon Tomato PureeLet it braise till Tomato are soft Add 1 large Steamed Brinjal And The PrawnsCook further till tomato chutney Is done Garnish with Chopped Green dhania (coriander)Serve with Roti Enjoy😋
