INGREDIENTS
500gr sprouted green gram1 onion sliced 3 to 4 cloves2 cinnamon sticks 1 teaspoon whole cumin seeds Half teaspoon turmeric powder 1 tablespoon garlic paste 2 tablespoon green chillie paste 2 teaspoon cumin powder 2 teaspoon coriander powder SaltLemon juiceAmchoor ( mango powder)2 tablespoon oil2 cups water
METHOD
Heat oil add the cloves,cinnamon sticks and onions. Fry till soft. Add garlic paste, fry onions till golden Brown. Add the whole cumin seeds than Add the sprouted green gram. Mix well, add green chillie paste, Salt ,cumin powder, coriander powder Mix well. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes, add water,lower heat and cook for 30 minutes until grams are done. On high flame burn out remaining water. Adjust salt, add lemon juice and mango powder. Mix well. Serve with lemon wedges ,red onions, mayonnaise and home made rotis..... enjoyπ
