1 whole chicken washed cleaned 1 tablespoon @aminasuk chicken tikka marinate or Tandoori1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste2 tablespoon Yoghurt2 tablespoon olive oilJuice of half a lemon1 teaspoon tandoori red chicken masala1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon garam masal2 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin)1 teaspoon kashmiri chilli powder1 teaspoon sumac1 teaspoon steak and chops spice1 teaspoon @aminasuk garlic an herb spicePar boiled baby potatos
METHOD
Make above ingredients into a paste an marinate chicken overnight or 3 to 5 hours minimum
Line an oven tray or rack with foil an bake chicken till half done abt 30 minutes on gas mark 6 covered in foil, add in par boiled baby potatoes half way through coat in masala an return to oven to grill for another 40minServe with tandoori naan
