RECIPE
Wash and soak the meat pieces with Bayleaf cloves whole peppers and vinegar for 1 hour Drain and wipe dryRub 1 teaspoon mustard powder over the pieces 1 tablespoon Red masala 1 tablespoon Garlic (I used Crushed Garlic) 1 tablespoon Green Masala 1 tablespoon Kashmiri Chilli powder 1 teaspoon roughly crushed black pepper 1 tablespoon vinegar 1 tablespoon Lemon juice 3 - 4 tablespoon oil Salt to taste Sprinkle of Thyme or mixed herby or Rosemary Let it marinade few hours Then put in pot and cook till meat is almost done Add the Carrots baby potato s and red Chunky Onions (I STEAM ALL SLIGHTLY) Add few Blobs of butter over the roast Cook over Stove add VERY LITTLE water if necessary till veges are soft IF YOU DON'T STEAM
I LIKE DOING IN OVEN Cover with foil Bake at 180* in oven till roast is nicely done and veges are soft Enjoy with butter rolls salad etc
