Roasted Baby Veg

1 tray baby gem squash (halved)
1 tray baby corn (halved)
1 tray baby marrows (halved)
1 tray baby brinjal (halved/ sliced)
2 baby red onions (halved, segments separated)
2 tablespoon Robertson's veggie spice
1 teaspoon Robertson's garlic salt
½ teaspoon rough red chillies
1 tablespoon lemon juice
¼ cup olive oil.
Preheat oven to 180degC.
Sprinkle spices over veg, then toss with oil.
Place in oven proof dish, bake for 50min.
Serve with fish/ grilled meat.
