1 roll puff pastry2 large potatoes ghee (Clarified butter)SaltTurmeric DhanaJeerooGreen chilliesGarlicMustard seedsCurry leavesGrated cheese
METHOD
Boil and mash the potatoes - keep asideMake a vagaries with the remaining ingredients, except the grated cheese, pour over mashed potatoes and mix well until incorporated Once cooled, add in grated cheese
Roll out puff pastry into disc's, top with potato filling and more cheese, cover with another dishCook on a tawa until done

I added in red chutney to one of the disc's
I served the parathas with seekh kebabs
