INGREDIENTS
Step 1:
3x Cups Cake flour, sifted.. 1 teaspoon Baking powderSalt2x Cups Luke warm water1 Cup Soft ButterOil for frying...
Step 2:5 teaspoon Flour6 tablespoon oil2 teaspoon Butter, melted2 teaspoon water
METHOD
Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl add the lukewarm water. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes on a surface & cover with a towel. Roll the dough out & cut into pieces....shape into round balls & dot with butter with each roti ball...then follow it with step 2.
Step 2 *must be made in a seperate bowl & add 1 teaspoon of the mixture on the roti ball, then roll it into round shapes.Roll out with a rolling pin & add flour to your surface you working onMake the roti ball not to stick... & fry on each side for 2-3 minutes.Served with a Warm Curry & Salad or Tomato & Onion Sambal*
